LEGOLand California SEA LIFE Aquarium Reopening Friday, September 4, 2020

LEGOLand California SEA LIFE Aquarium is reopening its doors again on Friday, September 4, 2020. Tickets for kids are just only $10 per person.

The aquarium previously reopened since June 20, 2020 after being shut down due to COVID Coronavirus. However, it was shut down again July 7, 2020 due to COVID Coronavirus.

CARLSBAD, Calif. (Sept. 1, 2020) – While LEGOLAND^® California is still awaiting the green light to open, SEA LIFE^® aquarium is reopening its doors once again on Friday, September 4, 2020. The aquarium, located at LEGOLAND^® California Resort, is offering tickets for just $10 per person for kids and their families (only $7 for LEGOLAND Hotel guests to add on to their experience) to explore sharks, rays, tropical fish and other sea animals in the two-story aquarium.

Home to 4,000 sea animals, the aquarium has been active and thriving during the temporary break in operation. Guests can explore the 200,000-gallon ocean tank as they walk below Spotted Eagle Rays, Grey Reef Sharks, a Queensland Grouper among other sea animals and learn about bioluminescent tides at Sea at Night.

As guests and employees’ health and safety remain the top priority at LEGOLAND California Resort, guests will experience some differences at the aquarium including reduced capacity (currently set at 25 percent), cashless payments, social distancing practices and enhanced cleaning regimes. SEA LIFE is requiring guests to purchase tickets online in advance to reserve access to the aquarium for their desired dates and time to visit. Face coverings will be required for all guests three years old and upand staff members.
