LEGO usually releases the sets at midnight EST (Eastern Standard Time Zone) for North America. If it doesn’t happen within 30 minutes after midnight EST, chances are that it would be available when LEGO opens (i.e 8-9am EST). There’s also a slight chance it might be available at midnight PST (Pacific Standard Time Zone). However, in the past, its usually midnight EST or around 8-9am EST. Hope this helps. (:

Hi Brenda, the set should be available for purchase at LEGO Brand Retail stores as well. We recommend giving a call to your store to check on availability.
