Back in August 2020, it was available for pre-order at LEGO Shop at Home USA and Walmart.com. Price is $39.99 USD. Contains 255 pieces and 3 minifigures. The set is special limited edition and is only available in the USA. It was originally meant for an event that was to take place.
LEGO Shop at Home USA is currently sold out of the item. However, forum member Brickmont13 informs us at the Toysnbricks LEGO Forums that Walmart.com still has it instock at retail price of $39.99. Limit 2 per customer.
