LEGO Contest, Competition, Giveaway & Sweepstakes Rules -

Toys N Bricks occasionally have LEGO Building Contests, Competitions, Freebie Giveaways & Sweepstakes. Before you enter however, please read the eligibility rules below first. In addition, our privacy policy applies as well. Unless explicitly stated in the contest/competition/raffle, all rules listed below must be followed. Violations will result in your entry being forfeited without notification.

Eligibility

Open to ALL countries where not prohibited or restricted (you must be able to receive mail; no PO Box)
Limit 1 entry per household (multiple members in a family can create an account and participate in the forums but only 1 entry per household)
You must be at least 13 years of age or older to enter (if you are under 13, parents can submit on their child’s behalf but only the parent can use the account)

Building Creations

Entries must be completely new (it cannot be from a past contest, event, etc)
Entries must be built with LEGO pieces (no LDD, custom brands, stickers, other non-LEGO objects used)

Controversary/Sensitive Creations

Please refrain from submitting creations that are sensitive in nature or can cause controversary
Creations on sex, profanity, racism and illegal activities are strictly prohibited

Chances of Winning

Raffle giveaways depend on the number of eligible entries received
Contests depend on voting

Claiming your Prize

Winners will be notified and will be required to provide address/shipping info
If we do not hear from you within 5 days, we will assume that you are no longer interested and your prize will be given to the runner up
We are not responsible for lost or damaged prizes caused by the shipping carrier

Prize Sponsors

If we have a prize sponsor, the winner’s shipping information will most likely be passed down to our sponsors who will be in charge of shipping the prizes out
In accordance with our privacy act, no other information would be revealed

By participating in our contest or raffle, you agree and understand all of the conditions listed above. Please note that your name will be revealed when we announce the winners.
