The Pieces:

Open the box and you'll find six bags of parts, an instruction book and a survey ad.
The instruction book also contains several pages of information about the real Trevi Fountain. It is printed only in English and Italian, but it can be viewed at LEGO.com/Architecture in several other languages.

Image
Lots of rare trans blue pieces. the 1x2 trans light blue plates (97 of them) are in 4 other sets but are only more plentiful in sets #21018 (x155) and #21021 (x98)

Image
The 1x1 trans blue plates and bricks only appear in a few other sets in very limited quantity. The micro figs have never appeared in unprinted white before.

The name plate is printed, no stickers.

Conclusion:

DESIGN 9/10 - This model is very accurate and recognizable and at this scale very little could be improved upon. The basin at the front of the fountain should be a little larger.

BUILD 9/10 - Very straightforward and easy to build, though the horses broke apart when I clicked them into place

PLAYABILITY 0/0 - No rating, this set is designed to be displayed not played with.

PARTS 10/10 - This set makes a good parts pack as it has a lot of hard to find parts.

PRICE 8/10 - Even though it comes with 731 pieces, a quality instruction book and a nice box this set still seems a little small for $50.

OVERALL 9/10

Thanks for reading and don't forget to answer the poll.
