The McFarlane booth was definitely highly focused on their building set line, featuring a large scale prison built out of multiple Prison Tower sets.
An interesting aspect of this line is the modular nature. The prison cells are designed in such a way that multiples can be stacked next to each other and on top of each other to form a larger building. There were also two vehicles on display - Dale's RV and Woodbury Assault Vehicle and a series of collectible figures.

Re: McFarlane Building Toy Fair Report
The detail on these is amazing. This would be good fun for a The Walking Dead fan who is a model builder. I wish other detail model kits (skyscrapers) were as easy to build as LEGO. I wouldn't dare try to use these pieces to substitute LEGO, but I can see the appeal as an easy to build model kit. (Many of the pieces are so specific that most of the set cannot be used outside of the intended model.)
Re: McFarlane Building Toy Fair Report
The McFarlane booth had their own Collectible Figures that were available for the taking (everyone has collectible blind-packed figures these days).

I ended up with Michonne, which is cool because she kicks butt. At least in the comics, I haven't seen any episodes of the show with her in it. Like the Kreon Warriors, the pieces are packaged in a clear plastic bag inside the outer packaging.

The figure is comprised of seven pieces and a baseplate and comes with the instruction sheet.

The other side of the instruction sheet shows all of the figures available:

The back of the instructions shows how to assemble the figure, though the illustration for the "human" doesn't pertain to Michonne, who is assembled more like the "zombie" illustration. Go figure...

The amount of detail in these figures belies their scale. Michonne is only slightly taller than a LEGO Minfigure, though she's in an extreme position, so others might be quite a bit taller.

Over-all the amount of detail is very impressive at such a small scale, but the figure is very front-heavy, and the miniscule baseplate that connects to the rear foot just barely holds her upright. In fact it took quite some time to get her to stand properly. The material is very rubbery, almost everything bends. The amount of articulation is not great - though that's not surprising given the amount of articulation on other McFarlane products even at larger scales.
