Lego S@H Boxing Day Deals Reveal date & time?
So I remember in the last 2 years, this site/Ice was able to announce what Lego S@H in terms of deals prior to Boxing Day happening (and also Black Friday). Just wondering if Ice you have that info yet, and if you do when will you release the details? How does it compare to Black Friday of this year, and Boxing Days of the last couple of years?

Re: Lego S@H Boxing Day Deals Reveal date & time?
I can't believe nothing is out yet this year, I've seen a list of sets discounted 20% (and some 50% only in the USA) but nothing else, I hope this doesn't turn into a non-event.
Re: Lego S@H Boxing Day Deals Reveal date & time?
The list is usually provided 24 hours before the sale begins.

Really no 50% off items for Canada?!? They must have at least the odd one (even if it's Bionicle...).

^ Was referring to "timtosinos" comment above re no 50% off for Canada. Have not seen a list but would really like one.

Re: Lego S@H Boxing Day Deals Reveal date & time?
D'oh I was looking at the 2012 list sorry. I think the deals go live though at 8 PM Pacific Time on the 25th from what I've read online, but I want to see what they have in store to offer.

^ Now I get ya. I hope this year is better than last. Last year was a write-off.

Re: Lego S@H Boxing Day Deals Reveal date & time?
They might run some instore promo like they did around Black Friday, I recall someone telling me the store at Yorkdale have the whole Lone Ranger theme on for 20-25% off. Who knows until the list come out and after someone report back on the 26th.
Re: Lego S@H Boxing Day Deals Reveal date & time?
Doesn't their sale usually start the evening/night of Dec 24th? I might be totally off but something is telling me that that happened before?

Whatever it is, it'll likely be worse than the UK got.

I remember buying a $40 set two years ago for $15 and a $30 board game for $3... I could buy the $15 Chima set for $10 and pay $5 shipping to bring it back up to the same price. Wow.

Looks like nothing to buy for me. Some sets at 20% off, including the City Garage, Palpatine's Arrest, the Technic Tow Truck, Quinjet Aerial Battle, Train Station, Helicopter Rescue, Baxter's Robot Rampage and a few others.
20% off you can get at TRU's sales basically any time. The only ones maybe are Helicopter Rescue (which I think might be an exclusive to Walmart) and Baxter's Robot Rampage (which might be TRU exclusive) but I've seen Helicopter Rescue for a bit cheaper than that. Baxter's Robot Rampage is slightly tempting despite the crappy discount though because of it's exclusivity.

I find it weird that the other "scene" sets were 50% off, yet the Christmas Tree one is less than 20% off.
Re: Lego S@H Boxing Day Deals Reveal date & time?
Nothing for me either. Helicopter Rescue was half price at Walmart 2 months ago, Baxter's Robot Rampage is a Toys R Us exclusive, but again at 20% off we can get it at Toys R Us anyway, no rush on getting it, eventually they will clear them out to make room for wave 2 next year.Toronadian wrote:Looks like nothing to buy for me.
