I agree. I've had some bad experiences with Yoyo, and their customer service is terrible. I refuse to buy from them any more, even if they have a sale. It's odd, because I think they're owned by Amazon, who has excellent service. Amazon needs to fire all the Yoyo CS dept, and replace them with their own people.
