Thanks. I've been wondering how to get the Kraang Laser Turret. I was lucky enough to find them in an actual Toys'rus story today in Kentucky. They were having a BOGO 50% LEGO sale (not great news for Toys'rus prices). I asked about LEGO storage and blind bag minifigures. I was told that the sale applied to only LEGO construction sets. I bought 4 of the Kraang Laser Turret polybags. The sale applied to these as well. I paid $12.53 total for 4 of these. I'm now wishing that I had bought 2 more for party favors. They also had the lawnmower poly bag 30224 if anyone is looking for those.

I've gotten the BOGO50% applied to only minifigure purchases, maybe they've changed the exclusions though.
TRU is lame like that.

When this happens ask them to ring it up to check because the bogo discount is normally automatically taken off at the register. In past years it definitely works on the blind bags.

It won't work on lego storage but it should work on the blind bag minifigs.

Actually found the TNMT polybag 30270: Kraang Laser Turret yesterday at 2 different TRUs hanging on the pegs next to a few City polybag 30225: Coast Guard Seaplane and even fewer City polybag 30224: Ride-On Lawn Mower

Last time I looked on TRU.com, the CMF series 11 didn't work for BOGO50%, but CMF series 10 and below did except they raised the prices of those to $3.99. Series 11 was still priced at $3.19 each. I wouldn't be surprised that the same was in store.

I did pick up two of these guys in store. It would have been epic if they made the turtles microfigs. And if the board game line was still going, they would have made the TMNT microfigs for that. It makes me sad. If they can't do a TMNT microfig board game, they should still make microfig playsets.
