Guess I'll have to start selling my blood or something. Series 8 was so-so, these look amazing!

Wow, Lego really outdid themselves in this series. One of my favorites so far.

While I like the bias towards army builders, I do notice out of every 60 figs, only 10 are female and only 6 of those are human! This when one of the nice things about the CMF series was trying to address the gender ratio. Secondly...I want more waiters!!!!

Really disappointed about the distribution. The ones that I'd most likely be most interested in look like only 2 per box while the ones that I have absolutely no interest in are 6. I'm not into army building or completing the series but I would like to pick up the 3 or 4 figures that look interesting. Given that they are purposely made difficult to find just turns me off on the whole thing.

Now we're talking. I actually really like all of them, except for the policeman. I mean, his printing is nice, and the hat details are nice, but do we really need another policeman?!

And there also seems to be quite a few new pieces, but please school me if I'm wrong. Robot head, cyclops head, tarot card reader hairpiece, actress hairpiece, rollerskates, and my absolute favorite, the chicken wings!

LEGO CMF = LEGO printing their own money.

I can't stop collecting these and getting extras to give out to friends who remind me of the particular fig that I'm gifting.

I don't know about you guys but am I the only one kind of disappointed that the Battle Mech doesn't come with a blaster? Besides that, everything is looking better than i imagined.

Did LEGO ever mention the possibility of rereleasing past minifigures?

They have, sort of on the sly, like the Cheerleader showing up in red, or in the original blue in the Calander...or the Hulu Girl and the Surfers in the Beach Pack.

More than that: Gavel, Forest Maiden's hair, judge's wig(hey another suggestion of mine!), Battle Mech armor/helmet, plunger, and Ceasar's hair.

These figs look so good because they are photoshoped. Concept is great but I think Lego is cranking them out too fast. My niece has lost interest in them. too many to get. No time to really enjoy each sets. I'll still be getting them for my collection.

Yes, it is awkward that it doesn't come with any pistol. May be he is just a pilot/driver.

Maybe there's a forearm laser you know, not a light bulb that blinks. ;)

I'll definately be after a "maid marian" for myself, and some mermaids with other heads/hairs for my daughter

OMG there goes another $X amount to be spent on minifigs... my son's already eyeing the police man. I like the knight brings back memories of the 80's/90's set (for some reason the shield looks like LA Kings...)

Only two Forest Maidens per case? That really hurts. Maybe I don't need that many, but would still like about 8. That's 4 cases.

Where can I buy a whole case with a decent discount? There's the Amazon.fr link for Series 7 ToysNBricks always has, but will they have similar discount for Series 9?
