If 30070 mini is at TRU in Canada, has anyone heard of these being for sale in TRU in the US?

Another LEGO Toy Story Mini Promotional set has been revealed from LEGO’s instructions! This time, the polybag is a LEGO Toy Story 30073 Buzz’s Spaceship. No word on availability or when it will be released yet.

I don't understand why these promo mini sets are not out now? The movie is out now, so why not sell it while it's on everybody's mind? TRU has a whole front section dedicated to toy story.

Same thing with the PoP brickmaster. The logic does not make sense but to Lego maybe it does.

The little alien on speeder ship spotted at tru today for $3.99. I was almost certain it will be tru after people reporting it in canada.

Tru in Rockland sold out. Not sure if the toywiz guys got them all. They are just down the road. I wonder how limited these were. I was told they only got 50.

How would toywiz get them? Thought it was a tru exclusive.

They can just go to TRU and buy all 50. Even if they had a limit, they could bring every one of their employees to buy five. But that's just a guess.

You may be right. Their price for this is $8 on their website. How big is the toy wiz store?

Oh and while I was browsing their site, I notice they sell loose minifigures, weapons and vehicles. Do their employees spends time separating these stuff from the sets?

Their store is actually quite large with alot of displays. They sell comics, sports cards, toys. They have a seperate warehouse in a secret location. I have to say that the store is quite nice. They've change things around base on the market. They used to have lots of comics now they carry mostly new stuff. They are back with Warhammer stuff. To me it's like a day care for kids playing magic/yugi-o stuff. They don't show everything they sell on their website. Lego's are not at the store.
