The site claims it to be out in August 27, 2011. Wonder what the price will be with 2000+ pieces..

looks great, maybe I will try to get over there for the event on Aug 27th, will be in town that weekend!

A sealed set signed by Adam Reed Tucker would kinda be cool.

If you follow the link it says 199.99. Members of the Frank Lloyd Wright Preserve get a discount of $20.

$0.09 per piece? My god, they finally made a reasonably priced Architecture set!

Reasonable price in terms of price per piece ratio. But if its $200, I'd rather spend it on a grand emporium or something else.

Ya, I was thinking the same thing... I was willing to pay the $90 for Falling Water because of the number of clear pieces, and that was almost pushing it. The Robie is indeed a very nice set, in line with FW, and I don't mind the high piece count... but for $200 with basically ZERO playability and no minifigures... you're going to be hard pressed to find anyone willing to pay MSRP.

Honestly, I probably wouldn't purchase this set until B&N does a roulette sale again and I can nab it for 50% off or better...
I have mixed feelings about new releases: I can't wait to see and get the new sets... but I can't figure out where I'm gonna put them or store them.

Looks like it's available here although I didn't step through the entire checkout process.
