I think it looks great for 1:17th scale.
I'd assume the Sirens would be in the Light bar on top of it. OR even the black piece in front of the light bar.

$60 is good deal for 800 pieces. We're looking at less than the magic ratio of $0.10 per piece. Maybe he meant the box looks small?

i presented a little boy with a lego 8214. but he and his father are looking for further instructions but they are not able to finish it.
is it possible to get them? i really thought they should be in the package :? ....
