The search function isn't the best. It can only search up "uncommon" keywords. We appreciate your efforts in trying to keep our forums clean. Also, thanks for letting us know of the links problem. ;)vynsane wrote:Just FYI, the link from the news article on the main page isn't working. Also, I couldn't find this topic to put my post in, so I just created a new topic - the search function doesn't seem to be working properly, otherwise I wouldn't have done so.
I think its both. Is it only a one time payment or do you have to pay regularly? (ex. monthly)vynsane wrote: I want the minifig, and I'm not even sure I want to actually play the game at all. Is it ONLY online/pay-for-play or are there things you can do offline, just on your local machine?
One time payment from their ads so far. Its may 14 and still can't pre-order it yet.Batwing wrote: Is it only a one time payment or do you have to pay regularly? (ex. monthly)
It's Mac/PC compatible, you get a 30 day free trial of the online service with purchase, and then there are 1, 6, and 12 month subscription options available. It looks like you can ONLY play online:

What do you guys think? Are you going to play this game?
Man I hope so. They have some pretty awesome pieces in colors they don't do too much anymore, like all the neon colors. The minifig they're offering with a preorder isn't very exciting but the ones in the game blow it away. Maybe they'll open up a new operation where you can order your minifigure from in game. :DTClone wrote:I'm looking forward to it? Think they'll release figures based on the promos?
This is a great idea. And the 4 characters you see mostly in the promos (the knight, the pirate, the Dr. Octopus-like guy and the Ninja girl) would be must-haves.legitimatealex wrote:Man I hope so. It would be interesting to see if they synergized this with the CMFs. It would be like Pokémon for LEGO, which seems to be what they're going for in the first place.TClone wrote:This is a great idea. I played it some.Senator wrote:Didn't some people got to play it in beta?
Was pretty good.
Got stuck inside a wall though and didn't get back on before i lost access to internet at home.
It has great potential though.
I would say it is definitely a different game than the LEGO Star wars.legitimatealex wrote:Would you say its more or less like the LEGO Star Wars games? Those games are surprisingly fun for such a simple concept.
Without going into any details, I'd say i cant imagine too many LEGO fans being disappointed.
Especially with the final release.
I think they don't play with the same people. Mac users plays with Mac users and window users plays with window users.yoda99 wrote:Do the people using Mac play with the same people online using windows?ncbarrett wrote:According to Facebook, Mac Beta Testing starts this friday.
