If you can't attend, don't forget that the instructions are posted here each month:
http://shop.lego.com/promotion/Default.aspx?Minibuilds
They aren't up just yet but should be soon and are available for 7 days only.
This month it seemed more crowded than ever, must be because of the extreme heat in the Northeast. The model really is cute.

I can't speak for any other store, but the staff at the Burlington store have told me that they typically see a lot more people through their doors when the mini-build is of something New England-related.
I didn't think the queue for the lighthouse was all that bad considering, but the lobster from last year? Ugh...

I guess that makes sense about the model and the New England theme. We got through the line and out of the store by 5:25 but the line behind us was longer than I have ever seen it, we've only been going since last July.
I thought last year was a watermelon slice in July and a seagull in August...I don't remember a lobster, that one would have been a fun one. I'll have to try and find the instructions.

The link from LEGO for the MMMB doesn't seem to work anymore. Anyone has any idea where the page was moved to? I'm really eager to get the instructions for the July build lighthouse.

That's interesting because the instructions SH1 posted are different than what we made...some of the pieces are different. I've actually noticed this during a few builds.
