The bunny shown on the flyer is this one:
I have been to a few of these events and they just let you pick out the parts and build the set yourself. But since this one is an official LEGO set I am not sure if they will just give out a polybag or not. This set retails for $9.99 USD and has 81 pieces, set #40005.
