Re: US Legoshop sale
Correction: MOST sets are sold out in the sale. Most of the sets they are saying are on sale were sold out prior to the sale...

Once again S@H tempts me to spend too much money on LEGO, and once again I fall for it.;)

Here is the link to the Sales & Deals page.
Re: US Legoshop sale
i just maxed out my credit cards! nice sale! i suspect error pricing again since some of those on-sale sets were released in 2010.
btw, if anyone is interested in the pre-glued magnet sets, better buy those on sale now. these are being cleared out to be replaced by the glued version. i just ordered a TON of these.
too bad i missed out on some of the high value sets like carousel, green grocer, venator, pirate tank, aat, ras, sw bps, kingdom calendar, pirates sets, etc.

Awww... By the time I got to the site most of the good stuff was sold out. :( But there were some great deals, especially on the bigger modular buildings and the AT-AT Walker.

Re: US Legoshop sale
Most sets were already sold out prior to the markdowns like aaronptrck mentioned in their post.
Re: US Legoshop sale
The AT-AT was on sale, but a lot of the stuff never was on sale, like Green Grocer and the Helicopter/Limo. Stuff that has been sold out on Shop at Home, some for as long as a month, were "marked down" but never actually available at the sale price.Legobrandon wrote:Awww... Most of the stuff that was actually on sale is indeed still available. The Ferrari truck and AT-AT are the only ones actually sold out from what I recall.

Don't feel bad, they got me too, but this time I used my VIP points for a nearly free order.Brickbuilder0937 wrote:Once again S@H tempts me to spend too much money on LEGO, and once again I fall for it.;)

Think there's anyway they would honor some of those prices when they come back in stock?

Re: US Legoshop sale
I recommend buying these as quickly as possible. These sets are selling out at lightning speeds. Don't forget to use the Brickmaster discount for purchases over $20! Thank you Toys n Bricks for reminding me about this sale!
Best one yet I'd have to say.

This is a clearance sale. The items, for the most part, won't be back in stock.Happybelly wrote:Think there's anyway they would honor some of those prices when they come back in stock?
Re: US Legoshop sale
I just checked and the deals in Canada and US are a bit different. We get 50% off prince of persia but US has them for full price.
Re: US Legoshop sale
I noticed that if you search for Home One a listing comes up at full price, only through the sales section does it show half off. Can the BR120 be used multiple times? Many of these were gone before the sale. Could this be a hack? Almost seems like lego is going under so much is on sale. Year end clearance for a 2011 full of new material I suppose? SW Lego offerings seem slim so why blow out the existing sets?
