Warner Brothers Lego Movie

According to Movieweb.com, there is a feature film currently being produced which is to feature…

In a story from Variety, Warner Bros. has hired Phil Lord and Chris Miller (Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs) to write and direct their Lego movie… The film is going to be a mix of live action and animation. This project has been in development for over a year. The producers have made many trips to Denmark to work with Lego’s executives on the concept.”

Oh, dear, lord. I can only hope that it centers around Pepper and The Brickster from LEGO Island. Live action and animation? This is going to be interesting. Here's to hoping its not just another Star Wars line. :D

Perhaps it's something to do with Harry Potter as the final chapter (The Deathly Hallows) will be screening in 2011...
