I got the Haunted House and a few other things on sale until I hit 700 points. Probably not gonna see a better deal on the Haunted House.

Do the 700 points have any significance? Does LEGO S&H limit you to a certain amount? Or was this just the amount you personally wanted to stash away for a future purchase?

Same here, I hit "Summit Order" and all of the sudden I was back on my cart with the two things again. It's very weird.

Also on my credit card. Really bad job LEGO!

Not showing on credit card. I placed another, slightly modified order. I got confirmation almost immediately. Unfortunately, it was confirmation from my first order! So, I am not really sure what's going on.

Still not showing up in orders. Email confirmation says the order was placed on 11/24, which is 20 minutes in the future!

Giving up for now. I'll try customer service Monday.

Thanks... Guess I'll have to try to place an order on Friday and hope they are offering same promos... 3x VIP plus Bonus Set... Traveling to another city for Turkey day so cannot shop at local LEGO store at NorthPark... (not that they would have items I want in stock... train parts/Friends/power function/creator car...)

Based on how the First Holiday Bonus set went out stock before end of promo I don't think LEGO made as many as last year- too bad because I wanted to get some additional ones if they sold them off in stores...

Order is now showing up on my account, but both PEt Shop and Holiday set is on 'customer service' status. Should I be worried? I haven't ordered anything from S@H in ages.

Several hours after placing an order it still wasn't showing in my account and I had not received an email conformation, so I called customer service. After a long wait on hold, I was able to learn that they had received and packaged my order.

Ended up ordering the Sydney Opera House and Horizon Express. Shipped it to my brother's place in Alberta to save another 7% :D

I think this offer was good for U.S shoppers or Canadian who lived far from border. The 3X VIP earned from most of the purchases could not even cover the difference between U.S. MSRP and Canada MSRP.

I was aiming at HTF items, too. However, it wasn't a bad idea to hold off for awhile.

This is what I hauled in yesterday:

1) Kingdom's Joust (#10223)
2) Ewok Village (#10236)
3) Winter Village (#10229), Decorating the Tree (#40058) and Catwoman Catcycle City Chase x2 (#6858)
4) Haunted House (#10228)

I focused on exclusive and hard to find items. I'm hoping to get my wife hooked on the Winter Village theme. I actually really like those, too.

All four orders are showing up on my S&H account. Only order #3 says "In Process". The other three orders are still with "Customer Service".

This haul should leave me with about $100 worth of VIP rewards.

I have a few questions for the forum:

1) Do you think my orders will ship by Friday? I'm hoping they do so the VIP points get applied to my account before the Black Friday deals.
2) I'll have a few extra bonus Holiday Sets. Should I hold onto these and sell them next year or wait a few years?

I would sell as soon as possible. These sets don't have much value. The ones from 2011 are ~$20 each, the one from 2012 is ~$30. I'm going to sell my 2013 sets as soon as possible for ~$20, not worth it to hold on for years/months for a few dollars.
