[USA] Walmart Custom Bundle Packs

While perusing the Walmart site (because I have now discovered that they are the cheapest place to buy LEGO online, with anywhere from 2-5 dollars being knocked off some prices), I found that Walmart has these custom bundle packs wherein you choose two LEGO sets from a list they have and they ship it to you together for different prices. Now the selection is limited, but some sets you can save anywhere from $2-$15 buying the sets together and these bundles are $.97 shipping. For convenience I am listing them all here for you.

This took some time but it will save you some. It does not look like you can order two of the same set.

I didn't say this particular offer was better I said that Walmart had the cheapest LEGO sets as far as I could tell.

Thanks for the info. The only bundles that I was aware of were their preset bundles. Too bad you can't get any of the new Star Wars sets in the bundles.

Bottom line though is that with this bundling deal you can still save roughly $10 on each pricing bracket. Two tubs of bricks should be $60 but its $50, Darth Vader's Tie Fighter + Fight For The Dagger should be $60 but its $50, etc etc.

Its just a nice little savings bundle and you wont be paying regular price as long you choose one set that will add up more than half the bundle because none of the other sets in the bundle are set below half of what the bundle is worth. It's all about the savings!

So I added Seabed Scavenger & Guardian of the Deep to my cart just for giggles and it came up as $30 roughly, not $25. They're both listed at $15. Is there a special link for these custom bundles?

EDIT: You have to search walmart.com for "LEGO bundle" and they will show up. Simply adding each of the qualifying sets will not apply the discount.

This doesn't appear to be working anymore, at least not with a Luke's Landspeeder and something else from that bracket. I took the checkout almost to the end and never saw the Landspeeder go down to $20.

The bundle is an actual item that you have to click on, select two items from the list that is on the page of the bundle, and then add to cart. You don't actually add the two items separately to your cart. Does that clear it up?

On the pickup receipt, the 2 bundled items get listed individually, for example Echo and Landspeeder are $20 each. What this means is that you can return one item, get the $20 back, thus keeping the sale price on the other.
