^^ don't worry the customer service is standard word for processing. Have seen that status many times.

^It is too early for email confirmations. And with the current trafic I don't expect an email until saturday evening or later.

Edit: I have to eat my words! Just got my email confirmation. That was fast LEGO! Definitely they have been improving their IT serivices. A year ago you couln't even check out until the 100th attempt.

^Agreed on the late email confirmations. Last time I placed an order through S@H I got the email confirmation the day after I received the order. And this wasn't even a big crazy online sale day lol

Just ordered mine but had to you use a different than normal CC. In doing that the wrong billing info went in. The order went through but it said:

You will receive an email shortly with your order details.
VIP points will be credited to your VIP account once order is shipped and payment is received.

"Once payment has been recieved". -- does that mean it might not have gone through?

Got to say I am super pleased with the May the 4th Promo. Got my B-Wing ordered with Han. Got the email confirmation.

Can't tell you how many times I almost bought this ship just to build and am so happy I waited. Look forward to putting it together. Now I just have to see if I feel like driving to the Lego store tomorrow for the New X-Wing and another little Han.
