Here's a few that jumped out at me as actually being decent prices:

City of Atlantis (7985) - $55.98, get 2 and with free shipping, $86.96 before tax, $43.48 each
Airport (3182) - $103.99 (only 4% tru tax), $78.99
Hoth Echo Base (7879) - $94.99, couple with something small to hit $100 and get $25 off
Heavy-Duty Helicopter (4439) - $49.99 (msrp), get 2 and something small to break $100
Vampyre Castle (9468) - $109.99 - $25 = $84.99 (not great, but not bad)

Too bad the current Uruk-Hai army special doesn't stack.

Warning, be very careful, as it appears that it takes off $25 from an item, but only up to an item's price.

For example, I tried to do 7 Rebel Trooper Army Pack (8083) for a total of $104.93.
The cart takes off $25 from one item, making one of the packs $0, which is only $14.99, leaving a total of $89.94 when it should really be $79.99.

Summary, Toys R Us sucks, even when they try not to suck.
