Where did you see their ad? I got an email coupon for 30% off entire toy purchase this weekend, for some reason I don't think they'd do both at the same time...

In CT got xwing $31,tie fighter $26, and batwing $14 sets for 50% off.

Nothing at my store....scanned some various items all full price. For anyone finding anything was it marked with a yellow tag? Or did you have to scan?

I ended up with the catwoman set for $5, some pirates of the Caribbean stuff, a heroica game for $6, and the genosian fighter for $13. That was at 2 different kmarts, so not too bad overall.

My Kmart was a disappointment. Most of the Lego sets that *were* on clearance last week not only were taken off clearance, but increased to the ToysRUs pricing model. For instance, the forbidden forest was down to $5 at the last clearance sale now was a robust $13.50 !!

The only sets I scanned that were actually positively affected by this sale were an AC tripod set, HP knight bus, and SW Geonosian fighter.

N.W. Indiana-Catwoman $5, Friends design studio $4.50 (wanted the computer+drawer set) and the Marina at $22.50. Passed on the spy jet at the same price. Had to scan many sets, only catwoman+friends had yellow tags.

Had some luck myself, but went to two different stores and found radically different stories going on there. One store had the smaller Friends sets on clearance, the other didn't. One had A few PotC sets, the other didn't. Oddly, neither had the AC sets on sale- which was very weird.

ended up with a lot of stuff I already had, but at single digits, I couldn't say no. Finally got the Bounty, which was very fun to put together- only my second SW set. They could be addicting.

None had clearance stickers on them I scanned them because they were not in the Lego section and also not in clearance.

I also grabbed the fire fighter plane and a potc set.

What do you do if your phone scanner scans less than what the item is marked? Just bring it up to the cashier and let them scan it? I bought the AC 7051 today and paid $9.00, but when I got home I downloaded pic2shop it scanned at $7.50. Any advice is helpful as I am new to the whole scanner thing.

Those prices seem to be nationwide, so if there is a K-Mart near you check it out.

Please post the set names you find on clearance to help others who are still looking. Other notables that i have seen the past few weeks on clearance are the Police Mobile Unit, Police Chinook Helicopter, Fire Plane, Batman/Catwoman Motorcycle set, City Satellite Launch, series one star wars planets.

One had the small Friends sets on clearance, one did not.
One had some HP a d POTC stuff. one did not.

I think it is hard to find any rhyme or reason on this....
