New Catalogue
Just got the newest catalogue (LotR cover) with a 10% coupon. The catalogue arrived as crisp as the day it was printed and the paper was incredibly heavy. Very strange.
Keep your eyes out!

Re: New Catalogue
got mine too.
The cover is thicker, perhaps due to LotR poster-like cover.

I have inoperable cancer and am unable to work. Any gifts would be appreciated. Thank you!

Re: New Catalogue
n00b question: Does the catalog come as part of one's Lego Club subscription? Or...what?
Re: New Catalogue
yeap, got mine yesterday. I was pretty surprised by the front cover. I thought that it was a club magazine and not the catalogue. I'm still thinking of what to buy with the coupon.
Re: New Catalogue
Yes, if you join the lego club, you're basically signing up to get the paper magazine in the mail. And also the nice quarterly catalogs. It might also factor into the Lego website logins, but I can't recall at this point.brickarmor wrote:n00b question: Does the catalog come as part of one's Lego Club subscription? Or...what?
What you'll also want to join is the Lego VIP program. That gets you a plastic card for your wallet that you use at a Lego brand store and the Shop At Home website (Lego's online store), and it has a points redemption system where you accumulate points for each purchase, and then redeem them for dollars off a future purchase. It kind of works out to 5% off purchases from Lego.

Re: New Catalogue
Was it 10% off your entire purchase, or just a single item?

Just a single item, I got one yesterday too
Re: New Catalogue
Hmmm, still no catalog for me (yet).
Re: New Catalogue
Got the catalogue! Got the coupon! Got the Sopwith Camel! I saw it in the store and it is even better in person...although the box was flatter than I expected.
Re: New Catalogue
Okay, got the LotR cover catalog, but...um...where is this coupon you speak of?

You only get a 10% off coupon if you live within a specific radius from a LEGO store.YemonYime wrote:Okay, got the LotR cover catalog, but...um...where is this coupon you speak of?

Re: New Catalogue
They have some of these in their online store too. You can get all 7 LotR sets for 352 which is like 20 bucks off MSRP. They were also running a deal where you get double the VIP points when you buy a bundle. These deals arn't near as good as the ones B&N has right now, but they aren't bad either.slacker wrote:I don't know if it was mentioned but has anybody noticed the bundled package they have on sale in the catalog? Re: New Catalogue
I had to call for mine and it didn't even come with the coupon that usually accompanies it. Luckily the employees at the local Lego store hooked me up when I told them I didn't receive a coupon this time.Selby-Tiger wrote:My catalog still hasn't come! I'm calling customer service.
