[USA] TRU Star Wars 30% Off * Feb 12-18

It seems kinda sketchy, but the latest TRU ad says "ALL Star Wars on SALE! 30% Off" and then in a smaller font "top selling Star Wars toys!". There is a picture with four LEGO sets - Battle of Naboo, Ewok Attack, Geonosian Cannon, and Y-Wing. We all know that "ALL" doesn't usually mean "ALL" at TRU. If I had to guess I'd bet most Star Wars LEGO will be on "sale" for 10% off, with a few select sets up to 30% off. I'm guessing TnB didn't get the advance sales info with the actual deal now that their not in the affiliate program, right?

Also, as rumored, CMF 6 will be 2 for $5.00. I didn't see any asterisks there which might indicate this is only for the Flamenco Dancer and Skater Girl only. :)

It's live now. Get your Death Stars and SSDs (and most other Star Wars sets) at 10% off. The four sets stated above appear to be 30% off (get Y-Wing for $42 instead of $60). Yes all appear to be in stock (for you conspiracy theorists).

OK, so I'm being incredibly naive here...I'm clearly looking at the sale circular and the web page banner that says, "All Star Wars On Sale 30% Off". The only disclaimer is, "Excludes Blu-Rays, DVDs, video games and video game hardware". How is it then that many of the Lego pieces are only 10% off? Why do I hate TRU more every day?

EDIT: I just noticed the strategically placed exclamation point in the sentence I mentioned above - "All Star Wars On Sale! 30% Off (in much smaller print) top selling Star Wars Toys".

Lego will have double VIP points on March 1st, so that works out to $40 off SSD or DS, same discount as here...

Might be a few dollars cheaper here because of how sales tax computes, but I'd rather give the money directly to Lego than to TRU...

I keep waiting for Amazon to drop the price to $19.99, then of course and eagle-eyed TnB member will post it and we'll all try to grab 1 or more. Looks like it was below $20 once....

Normally I would agree, but with no LEGO B&M near me I had to pull the trigger on the TRU deal. Shipping at s@h kills most deals for me. Wish they offered free shipping more often or with very large orders or something.

10% off is just about the same as the tax savings from amazon that I would get, and I would MUCH rather deal with amazon customer service than TRU. This works out better for people far from a lego store, or live in an amazon tax state.

Sale is good. Picked up a bunch of cmf6 for 2 for $5. No deal for cmf5. Still $3.49. Good timing, i used my reward coupons. Now i need to check if walmart will match that.
