I called 3 days later and asked why it had not shipped and they told me their system crashed the same day I placed my order. They then proceeded to tell me that they would be shipping out my set within a day or two. Apparently the system crash was to my advantage!! I checked online after my call with them and it showed that my order was cancelled in the system. I was going to call back and raise hell when my doorbell rings... It is the UPS guy! He has 3 boxes for me. I open the boxes and to my surprise they mailed me 6 sets! I checked my credit card statement and NO charge was ever put through on my card. I got 6 sets for FREE!!!! I have started posting them on ebay for $39.99 each starting bid since I got 6 sets for FREE!!!! Yee HAA!! :D  ;)
WHATT!! Your so lucky. Even at the sale price at BN.com, it is a VERY VERY good deal already. $780 worth of Legos for FREE is just too awesome!

I agree, you should have returned 5 of them and then called lego and paid for the original. They probably would have given you discount.

excellent deal.

last night I ran over to TRU with my BOHO coupon.

I found the Indiana Jones set 7197 at already discounted price of 24.99 (I think). With my BOHO coupon I got 2 of them for $37.48

pretty good deal!

It's not exactly a deal, but I fit 426 bricks (I could have fit more, but my brother and mom were getting bored) into a PaB box (from the by 75 dollar+ PaB box), along with a 100 dollar set so it totals to about 1200 parts for 100 dollars!

That has to be the number one reason for xFOLs everywhere switching PAB-packing modes from meticulous stacking of bricks to maximize bang for your buck to "Ah, the heck with it. I'll just throw it all in and pray for the best!" ;)

Star wars AT-AT @ TRU $119.99.
-$10 sale price thru the 24th bringing it to retail price @ s@h
-$10 coupon for purchases over $100 until the 24th (came with the big toy book for rewards members)
-$10 coupon this tuesday and Wednesday on Lego purchases over $50
-$10 gift card picked up last week with the Endor set.

Final price $79.99. Could have done better to pick up another gift card earlier but again I didn't think the coupons would stack "not valid on yadda yadda other offers" today.

Yes, that is a great deal. I find it odd though that the discounts on the sets are not consistent. From the cases I heard, the sales were consistent, i.e.: 70% off all or 50'% or etc. My local Walmart had one last fight for the dagger marked as $21.00, but upon checking it's price I happily discovered it was $19.00. Not a big difference, but it did make the deal better nonetheless. :)

Not sure how much this qualifies but I picked up #3844 Creationary at Target for $19.99. Base price was $29.99 and I used two $5 off coupons to get it down further.

TRU Today armed with a couple $10 off any Lego purchase over $50... Wanting the Kingdom Castle for 84.99, sold out online, and had the stock guy check, not in stock here either. Said the next truck comes Saturday around 2pm, so will be going back. However,I did come away with this:

Round 1
Kingdoms Prison Tower Rescue (7947) $49.99
Kingdoms Castle Jester (7953) $4.99
minus coupon = 48 bucks including tax

Round 2
Kingdoms Outlook Attack (7948) $17.99
Kingdoms Castle Knights Showdown (7950) $7.99
Kingdoms Prison Carriage Rescue (7949) $10.99 x2
Kingdoms Mini Figure Set Wizard Hot (7955) $4.99
minus coupon = 47 bucks including tax

Going to be a Lego Kingdom X-mas for the little one.We have the Kingdom Advent Calender, and I ordered both the mini-fig battle packs off of lego shop, now if I could just find that Castle for 84.99, may have another coupon handy!!!

With Border's 50% off coupon, I managed a Harry Potter Burrow set for around $40, which works out to between 30 and 40 percent off list price. IMO, considering the great parts, it was a good deal. ;)

I grabbed the Hogwart's Express with the Borders 50% coupon. With the additional 10% for being a Borders+ member, I got it for about half of regular MSRP. Border's original price on it is $95!

I went back later in the day, and there was still a TON of LEGO left. Mostly sets I didn't really want though, the selection there is good for a book store, but not great for a toy store!

Thanks everyone.

I was one of the lucky ones that got 40% off instead of the advertised 20% off select sets from S@H for BF do to some pricing error. :D

I got a practically complete Dark Side Developer almost free. Epicness. And I got a free TIE Defender (complete) and an almost complete Dooku's Solar Sailer. Plus some other sets.

Stopped by the LEGO Store late in the day today. I ended up with a 10% coupon for a small purchase. I heard the employee tell someone who got a 20% coupon that they can go back and get more items if they wanted, so I figured I would save a big purchase in the event I got a 20% or higher coupon.

I just bought the $9.99 Pharoah's Quest set with the 2 mummies, and the Kingdom's 5 minifigure pack for $14.99.

I asked if anyone got the 50% and she said she rang up three herself. The first person that got one spent $2,000 AFTER the discount.

BogaGrip, since saturday TRU has BOGO 1/2 OFF, maybe you can get 2 castles. :D

completed a second series 2 collection at meijer today, where the figs are only $1.99 each, and bought several of the TRU $1.99 toy story alien polybags. i've already done so much heavy lego purchasing this month that i forced myself to forgo getting a second burrow with my BN coupon, but i *really* wanted it.

Completed the Kingdoms collection this am with the Castle (7946) for $69.99 at amazon.com, minus a 25 dollar gift card mY total was 44.99 with free shipping and not tax. Also looked at target.com which has this set on sale for $69.99 - 10% code UZXPI33P = $62.99, but the amazon gift card sealed the deal! :D
