I want to get the CITY House.
No one around has it.
Is it only at Target and S@H?
That's a good question...that I don't have the answer to. The Target I went to yesterday was the first place I'd seen it. My wife & step daughters love pancakes & if funds allow we try to go on Sunday mornings. I looked it up on target.com before we left, found it at only one Charlotte area store, & picked the pancake joint near there to go to so we could stop by after. Who said we were out to get the last of the girls' school supplies?
Nothing wrong with taking care of your needs along with the girls. :D
that whole 2 birds one stone thing...

It's been Lego overload in my house this week. My two kids saved up their various supplies of gift cards from birthdays, etc, to go on a toy shopping trip. Between the one birthday and the shopping trip we ended up with:

5969 - (SP) Squidman Escape
5981 - (SP) Raid VPR
7195 - (IJ) Ambush in Cairo
7749 - (SW) Echo Base
7949 - (KD) Prison Carrage Rescue
8037 - (SW) Anakin's Y-Wing Starfighter
8083 - (SW) Rebel Trooper Battle Pack
8095 - (SW) General Grievous Starfighter
30070 - (TS) Green Alien on Spacceship

Lots of new sets for Daddy to "help" with. :D

I ordered #7573 Prince of Persia The Battle of Almut and #7572 Quest Against Time from disneystore.com. The damage is slightly less than $100 out of door. It may not be the best deal (compare to $30 for a box of Space Police Galactic Enforcer); however, it is good enough.

Got some 16 (9 unique) CMFs2 at the LEGO Store, then stopped in at the TRU across the street and grabbed two TS3 alien polybags and two Chrometroopers (the promo is over, so they were full price, but still...)

Picked up a complete UCS AT-ST and complete TIE Interceptor off craigslist for $40 today. Took me 2.5 hours to construct the AT-ST. Man, is that thing is much bigger than I expected!

This is brag-worthy enough for a 1st post. TRU messed up my original order and gave me a free $35. That equals a 8017 for $2.18 and a 7953 for $.30. lol.

that's great. but if i were you, i would wait to stack this with a 20% coupon or during a bogo sale. or you could also get the home one which was on clearance (assuming you can still find one).

Got Buzz Lightyear (7592) for $2.50 at K-Mart. It was during this week's 30% clearance deal but my receipt didn't indicate that it was part of the promotion. Receipt says "toys and hobby" rather than the set's actual name so not sure if something got set-up wrong for this sku at this particular store (went to other stores and they scanned as $24.99).
