Found a sealed Ewok Attack 7956 (Target salvage return) at a Goodwill store for $3.99
I figure it's good for parts and the Scout Trooper and Speeder Bike. The Ewoks? Not my favorite. Any more than $3.99 and I would have passed. A rare find because our local Goodwills now seem to sell any Target Salvage LEGO at half off retail.

I gave up on Bay Area Goodwills. I keep hearing about finds and the managers tell me they get it in sometimes, but I have never seen a single set having visited 15 stores post-Christmas.

A kind TRU manager let me stack a few things that aren't technically stackable.
Walked out with an Excavator for $140ish plus a free LotR project case.

Scored Arkhma Asylum for $37. Looks complete and some of the bags are still sealed. Going to have to go through it this weekend and see if it is complete.

Good find on the flea market. I went to one today and the only thing I saw was an empty LEGO bucket for $1. I was hoping it was full, but no luck.

Lego Castle Skeleton Tower (7093) found at a Walmart today driving home from vacation.
Did not scan, but had $40 clearance sticker that did not scan either. Manager sold it to me for $20 because
it was not in system and it had been taped shut. I was concerned some of it may be missing;
but happy to say it was all included in sealed bags!!!!

I only stopped at this Walmart because the online inventory said it had Hogwarts 4842 in stock for $64.
I could not find it anywhere, but am quite happy with what I did find!

How does this work? And give you the in store price?

The Walmart app on the iphone. If you search in store for an item you can scan the barcode and it will tell you
the in store price. It works if your in the store itself, but also you can say your in any store and scan a barcode to get the price. I was searching for Walmart's with the set in stock that were close to the interstate while driving home from vacation.

jtsx123, thank you so much for bringing up this app. I had no idea it existed.

I managed to grab two Sith Infiltrators, two geonosian fighters, and one whitecap bay all for 50% using the app (also using the "Return and repurchase" method).

For those interested, this thread explains how to use the app.

I got all of this for 200$. Of course there's the requisite Megabloks, hot wheels, bandaids garbage .. so far I've seen the MTT, lots of PotC, Knights, Star Wars, ExoForce ..tons of figs. Table and bins were included too.

Got a Hogwarts Express at Chapters (Canadian bookstore) for 50% off original price. There was a sticker on a resealed box saying "some missing pieces- 50% off". I asked the lady at the counter if I could open the box and verify the contents. And to my surprise, all 6 bags were there and the minifigs were in bag 1. But bag six was ripped open and the parts spilled out of the box. Now I have to count the parts... will post back once I'm done!

^Excellent find!

Thanks are due to lordharrier for reminding me that CL exists. I went on after a long absence and found....

7644 Hypersonic Operations Aircraft (my very most favorite set) - $40
8635 Agents Mobile Command Center - $30
7665 Republic Cruiser - $30
7662 MTT - $40
7944 Fire Hoverboat - FREE!

All sets are between 75-95% complete, with instructions, missing some minifigs, but still, nothing to scoff at! That is, until I look back up at lordharrier 's pics!

So in conclusion, the parts missing were:

1x red 2x4 plate
4x Train Metal Axle

The parts can be easily replaced online so a great deal overall.

So I'm still sorting through my last haul of 108lbs .. and I start to find a bunch of 1 x 8 in Sand Green .... could it be a Green Grocer?? ;-) EDIT: I'm pretty sure I've got a Market Street and I know I have Town Plan as well. This is crazy! I emailed the seller and asked if he indeed had these Modulars and his response "Yes we did we had a bunch of those buildings in there somewhere" LOL

I found a sealed 8206 Car's 2 Tokyo Pit Stop at my local Goodwill today for $0.99, the box was kinda crushed, but I was pretty excited.
