I saw their notice about the extra reductions on their facebook page this morning. It took me awhile to get it right, but I was able to order several different clearance items plus one regular price Ninjago minifigure packet and got the order to come out to exactly $75.00, just under the next shipping increase, but just right to get the free Ninjago booster pack. I had to get some cheap keychains to get it to work out exactly, but I did it! I bought Kendo Cole, Frog Rush, Alien Striker, Swamp Speeder, Power Boat, and Cars Spy Zone, plus a handful of keychains (stocking stuffers for next Christmas).

Nothing really good even at these new prices. I scored much better deals just scouring other hot deals sites. Lego needs a real major sale to move these clearance items. Target/Walmart has dumped their inventories of lego from 50 to 75% off. Amazon had some great items too. Shipping still kills anything unless you're combining a bunch of items. I'll pass.

BTW - Deep Sea Raider is $7 at Walmart stores YMMV. Price tag was not updated.

Thanks. Got a few Swamp Speeders, some Alien Strikers, two Jetbugs, and the Frog game. Can't wait to use those frogs in MOCs. Will use the Swamp Speeders and Jetbugs as birthday presents for my son's classmates.

Re picking some of this up at Walmart or Target -- not around here, they're pretty well cleaned out in Silicon Valley.

Yay! I've wanted a Swamp Speeder for quite some time. But I was a bit unhappy with the cost of shipping so I dropped by my local LEGO store (right across the street from where I work - sooo bad for the wallet) and they ordered a few for me with free shipping!

Your so lucky you live next to the LEGO store! Make sure to also use the $5 off $50 coupon which you can get at the customer service desk in that mall. I'm not sure if it will stack since its suppose to be only for instores, but worth the try. ;-)

I know! Definite perk of my new job is being so close to the LEGO store (well, that and it pays for my obsession). I didn't know about the coupons at the customer service desk!!

OMG. I'll have to check it out. Thank you!!

Yeah, its a coupon book with tons of coupons for various other retailers in the mall. If I recall correctly, its opposite of the food court (lower level). Keep walking in the same direction till you pass See's Candies.

Does anyone have an ideal combination for exactly $75 with clearance items (at least 50% off) for Canadian folks?

Tempted to buy the spinners and some other stuff but shipping + tax really kills the deal.

The tax I can understand, I'll get hit with that anyways. But the shipping does kill it ((

Total your clearance items to just under $75 and then add online Pick-a-Brick items to get it to exactly $75.
