I was able to pick up 6 of the New Spongebob Squarepants Flying Dutchman for $120 shipped. The BOGO stacks with the $15 off code.

I was able to use the $15 off code on some of the new DC Super Heroes sets before the Batwing went out of stock.

The clock/watch offer stacks with the $15 off coupon but does not stack with the BOGO.

When ordering online and there is a free offer do they include the free item automatically or must it be added to the cart? And do they make this information clear anywhere on the site or item page?

No, you have to add the item. Many times the offer is listed but the free item is already sold out. The information is available if you hit the "details" link.

Most of the clocks/watches are sold out on-line right now. I had better luck in-store finding the Storm Trooper and Darth Vader clocks earlier this week - but that's before my local TRU actually advertised the deal.
