Are spinner sets still excluded from the BOGO?

Don't think so, as there's a spinner package in the ad photo and the fine print says all sets $4.99-$119.99. So you should be able to get spinners for $6-7 apiece.

Just got my ad and wanted to post-beat me again. My ad states Buy One Get One 30% off though. Sounds like another three tiered sale. Anyone getting B1G1?

it's BOGO50 in Tacoma, WA but I have noticed the Target here has been marking up some of the Ninjago and Pharoahs Quest sets in-store, I don't know why since these are some of the already bad price per piece count sets, I think it's so they can put them on sale.

The Boston area seems to be BOGO 30%.

So weird... I've only seen the 2 new skeleton guys at $10.50 while the rest (wu, garmadon, etc.) are still $9.99. I was thinking maybe they made a new mold so have to offset the cost but pretty sure they are the same mold after reevaluation
I have mixed feelings about new releases: I can't wait to see and get the new sets... but I can't figure out where I'm gonna put them or store them.
