Construct A Zurg is STILL $19.99....I don't get why it's been on "clearance" for over 6 months at that price!

Thanks for the heads up though, good prices on the magnet sets.

Just a reminder: physical LEGO stores should price match the on-line sale price if the item is in stock. I took the kids to the mini-build in Burlington, MA tonight, and there were a few things in the "SALE!" section
  • 2 - 7594 Woody's Roundup! (although the boxes were a bit banged up) (40% off)
  • many - 7599 Garbage Truck Getaway (40% off)
  • many - 5865 Mini Dumper (didn't check, but I presume 50% off)
  • a few - 7145 Von Nebulla (20% off)
  • a few - 7158 Furno Bike (20% off)
plus a few other odds and ends [world racers, maybe?] (that I can't remember at the moment).

I was happy to snag a Roundup, as I missed the price drop on Monday.

Local LEGO store (Valley Fair, CA) DID NOT have sale items on the floor. (maybe because alot of the sale items were clearanced out long ago.)

Are there any hidden costs (like duties) when ordering from S@H (shop.lego.com Canadian site) to Canada?

The only thing I see is that the 13% tax includes shipping,
ie. (price+shipping)*1.13 instead of price*1.13 + shipping

Thanks!

And does anyone knows if the TS magnets are available at Sherway Gardens?

No, in my experience there have been no extra fees. It ships from within Canada, I forget where.

I was thinking of heading over there on Friday. If I do, I'll keep an eye out for you.

I was just there today and they still had several of those sets. 7594 was $40, 5865 was $3, Large World Racers set was $70, and a bunch of key chains were $3. They did have those other sets you mentioned, but I don't remember the price.

That's funny b/c we were at Burlington tonight, I wonder if we passed each other. I bought mor magnet sets b/c I coulnt pass them up for the price. Plenty of mini dumpers for $3 AND the monthly model build was very calm and not crowded. BONUS!

I was there in the early afternoon so I don't think so, but it would've been funny :). I'm looking forward for my son to be old enough to go to those!

In the Canadian site they hiked the price to C$8.37. I think it was around $6 yesterday.
Hmmm.. kinna unfair. Prices here go up, and prices there go down.

wow, 75% off for that fun flavor pack? Dang. (ditto the car building set and drum roller)

I swore I remember lunar limo was slashed to 1/2 off during that insane post-Xmas sale and hit "sold out" quickly. Extra stock?

Aaaaand this game has finally sold out!.....so yay?

EDIT: seems Australia is affected as well with the same sets
