Toysrus will have 20% off all Lego Cars 2 and Pirates of the Caribbean sets from May 15 - 21. It says that Cars sets will be available on Monday May 16 and it seems that they are already coming with marked up prices...at least online they are...

I picked up the 2 small Cars sets, watch the pricing, each rang up as $63.92. Obviously a price glitch, that is the discounted price for a case of 10...it took a while to get the cashier to understand the mistake and a mgr to override it.

But I had a $10 off $50 and a $5 reward so I got 2 cars and 2 potc for $42ish.

Did they take in an actual TRU flyer/ad or was it something printed from the web? Did the ad have specific prices or did it just say 20% off? I've never done a price match thing at a store, so I'm trying to have my bases covered.

Official Target and Wal Mart policy is that they will only match listed prices, not percentage off sales. Generally it is best to bring in the ad, but sometimes you can luck out and they'll have a copy of the ad at the store, but I wouldn't count on that if I were trying to get a price match. At Target, you generally need to go to Customer Service to get a price match, at Wal Mart the cashier should be able to do it.

Toysrus has a coupon $10 off of $50. 944263 You can use it to buy POTC online and pick them up instore. Cars2 is not available for instore pickup yet.
