If you want one, buy it now.
If you want multiple, buy one now. Then wait and buy later. No matter what happens, you'll always have one and not be shut out!

It should be noted that Target has this set - The Battle of Endor - for 30% too at $69.99. When you add in tax and shipping, Amazon is the better deal, but I'm wondering if this is an indicator that this is a set that people have loads of stock of, and the price will be low for awhile. In the case of Amazon, will they KEEP lowering it as they did with some other sets recently.

Just an update on Battle of Endor at Target - actually, Target is the better deal. Free shipping, and the tax works out to lower than the Amazon price. Also - if the price continues to drop after you buy, you also have the option to return it at a Target store.

The Amazon link is a "sold from Target." I would gather that Amazon sold out of their own stock at $78, and are now going to the next lowest partner. With this being sold through Amazon's site AND Targets, I would have to guess it sells out quickly. I just bought one.
Thanks!

Yep, I did that months ago. I like the variety of minifigs in this set and also the fact that the building can be parts for a castle. Looks like it's a done deal on Amazon anyhow this morning...they are starting to go to 3rd party which means additional cost for shipping in addition to the cost of the set.

Just a note for anyone that is still interested or missed out on the Amazon BOGO 50% off deal. Even though the page is down just add the sets to your cart and see if the discount still applies when you are ready to checkout with your order. I just picked up the Tantive IV and Fire Brigade $224 after the $75 discount and then added another $100 in gift cards so $129 for both out the door.

I haven't bought anything from Target through Amazon, but am assuming they add sales tax. It's much better to go through Target.com and get orders of at least $70(i think) and use the code for $5 off. Who cares if it's a ton of small orders, the $5 adds up quickly. And FREE shipping!
