It's to the point I think that Target might just dump them in the trash, or give them away. There are so many of them everywhere.

Checked out my local Target. Found 3 polybags for $0.39, earlier in the week I found 60 for $1.19 and bought them.

This target had moved all of the clearance toys to once isle, lots of sets just 30% off sadly.

Does anyone think the Cowler Dragon will actually hit 90% off? As in, only holiday items reach 90% and this set is not on track with all the other xmas items. Can anyone confirm that the first markdown on it was 50%?

First markdown was 50%. I got 30 for 70%, but you are correct in assuming that they wont reach 90%. Its not a seasonal item :/

Mine had a few sets for 30%, some Bionicle, a NinjaCop helicopter, some ugly Chima thing. The one I regret not buying is the TMNT Junior set for $14. I have a feeling that darn set will be one of those weird times when a bad set increases in worth about 10 times.
