Thanks for the hint on the friend heartlake city hotel, saw one up on the top shelf at my local very small walmart and asked employe to scan and grab it for me, $64.00 was tempted to put it back up there and wait it out since I really would have preferred the shopping mall but I do like these big friends sets but figured it would be a fun build and I haven't seen a mall for a while.

70600 Ninja Bike Chase $11.00 in SoCal, brand new set so I was pleasantly surprised

Nice find above! I recently found a couple copy of th Elves set Farran and the Crystal Hollow for $4 apiece, and a Friends Jungle Bike Rescue for the same price. Best find was last night, Ninjago Titan Mech Battle for $15!! I've been wanting that one since it came out, but never picked it up earlier because I was waiting for a price drop.
