So that's why I can never find lego clearance in London when I drive through to visit my parents :lol:

Hi! My parents live in London (I actually commute there for work as well). I usually check the London, Berea and Richmond KY Walmarts while commuting (not daily or even weekly of course).

London Walmart had more of the Changing Season's house on the shelf. Maybe 2 more? They had clearance in 2x places. Near the Garden Center (not inside the Garden Center.. just before) and the other clearance LEGO were at the end of the regular LEGO aisle but on the opposite side. I almost missed it.

This is what I was able to find over the last week or so. Most were right around 50% off, some a little more and some a little less.
Joker bumper car and TIE advanced prototype polybags $1 each. Got a few of each.
Star Wars microfighters series 2 - specific ones for $4 each (not the snowspeeder, which was still full price)
Star Wars large figure Luke Skywalker - $8 and Flash Speeder - $21
Bionicle Onua and Tahu $9 each and Mask Maker vs. Skull Grinder for $15
Lego Movie flying flusher for $9 - TMNT T-Rawker $17
Ninjago Titanium Dragon x2 and Sensei Wu Dragon $19 each
Minecraft the Farm $15 - Creator beach hut - $12
Creator Changing seasons x2 $25 and Blue power jet $35
Batman Black Manta $19 and Avengers Quinjet $40
Ninjago Titan mech battle $30 and Morro Dragon $35
Minecraft Ender Dragon and Minecraft crafting table $35 each
Star Wars AT-DP $35 and Imperial assault carrier $64
Minecraft The Mine x2 for $45 each (just missed out on a Kylo Ren ship at 50% off, but I saw the tag)
and the best find of all: Jokerland x3 for $59 each. Did not think I would be able to find this set for 50% off so soon. I bought the third one so that I can hopefully trade for an AT-AT or one of the other larger sets I missed out on.
Much thanks to StClair for posting about these new price drops and to the others who listed which sets were on sale. It is so much easier to get good deals when you know what to look for going in.

Of course I find the best deals at my closest Walmart.

Stroll in to find printed signs in the toy clearance area saying "Clearance 75% off"

Jackpot, I run over to the Lego Isle were I know they keep all of the clearance sets in a overstock area, sure enough they are still there.

The toy department manager follows me back into the lego isle, as she saw me rummaging around the clearance area pulling out $5 bionicle sets. When she sees me grabbing the clearance sets from overstock she says "Thats not clearance, its overstock", then I flip over a Demolition site and show her the $64 sticker on it, she says "oh, let me check the price" upon scanning she discovers that it is still $64 along with the rest of the sets. I ask her if she can mark them down, at first she says she can't, then she looks at me closely. I'm 6'8" blond and pretty hard to miss, so I'm guessing she remembers the half dozen or so times Ive asked her when these exact sets would get another markdown. She gives me a slight smile and reaches for her scan gun, here are the results:

x5 Darkseid Invasion $49.00 ---> $25.00 (was 69.99)

x3 City Demolition sites $64.00 ---> $40.00 (was 89.99)

x1 Bionicle set $21.00 ---> $10.00 (was 29.99)

x1 Small Bionicle set $5

Left:

x1 Spider-copter $35.00 ---> $25.00 (was 44.99)

x3 Police Crook Hideouts $49.00 ---> $30.00 (was 69.99)

Greetings from a new guy from Northern New Jersey. I hold out on the more expensive sets for this time of year, and it's payed off quite nicely. I've seen a lot of what you guys have already ,but never all at the same store. Yesterday I found Ninjago 70736 Attack of the Morro Dragon marked down to $49.00 on a yellow tag. I was waiting to find it at $35, but I didn't want to risk not finding it again, so I pulled the trigger. Then it rang up for ***$17.00*** and I almost went back for another. Is this a common occurrence that something get marked down that low so quick?

Eastern PA update
Not much here but I did find
Lego 41058 - $54 x2
Lego 41056 - $13
Lego 41053 - $15
They still have the Chima Mauna elephant for $89 on clearance if that give you an indication on how shocked I was to at least find the Friends 41058 at $54 :)
Happy hunting!

This morning my heart raced when I saw these prices. This one store out in the sticks in NC had 10-15 $1.00 LEGO sets, ALL showing in-stock throughout the day. I drove 1.5 hrs each way this morning, and when I got there, the whole store was being inventoried. I asked a random worker where the toy clearance area was, and she told me that they probably had stuff in the back they were working on, and wouldn't be able to bring it out until they finished all the paperwork (later that day). The only thing I randomly found was Rapunzel's Tower for $19.
Now I am wondering, do you guys think this was a legit clearance price that would have gone to the salesfloor, or do you think an employee marked them that low with the intent of buying them all themselves? Or, does the $1 price have something to do with a price they set for inventory reasons..? Just now I checked and these 2 are out of stock.

Not real. The app shows the price going lower and lower even long after there is no stock yet. The LEGO site does the same thing with retired sets.

I have been late to the clearance party.
Most of the Walmart around me are pretty empty of Lego sale, with barely any of the mentioned sets on any of the isles.

The only set I found was 60074 Bulldozer for $30. Not a big clearance price but better than regular.
Funny thing is, that day they were resetting the isle and the sets where in the middle on a pallet about 20. I went the next day thinking they were going to be moved to the clearance section but no. They seem to have disappear, nothing.
I wonder if they were sent to the distribution center...

They probably packed them up and put them in the trailer for next year. Most of my local Walmarts did the same

I got the Heartlake Grand Hotel for half price ($64) at a Wal-Mart in Maryland yesterday, so that's going in the "future Christmas presents" pile. I also found a Friends Jungle Rescue Bike for $4. The package was ripped wide open, but all the parts were in there, so what the heck.
