My local SoCal store was resetting, so they had a ton of lego clearance. a few that I pick-up were

$20 - Disney Rapunzel (50% off)
$15 - Friends Heartlake juice bar (50% off)
$25 - Marvel Spider-Helicopter rescue (44% off)
$74 - Pirate ship (26% off)

And a dozen of City, Chima, TMNT and other friends sets as well, happy hunting :)

Wow. If you don't go to Walmart right now, you will be mad. My Walmart is doing a complete redo of Toy's and so much LEGO is on Clearance.

The big TMNT movie set is $60 (40%off)
The TMNT movie truck was $40 (like 35% off)
There were two of last year's Star Wars battlepacks, one was called Deathstar something, $9.
There were a couple small creator sets also $9.
A bear Chima mech was $30, normal $50.
The Rapunzel set at mine was $25.
There was a white NinjaGo 'helicopter' set from a couple years back for $25, that was normally $50+.
Movie Mechs fighting was $25, normally $35.
SW driod gunship was $35.
Juniors castle was $35, normally $50.
Technic 42022 was $30
Agents Hurican set was $49, had about 10 (I got this at Target for cheaper in the winter.)
SW The Ghost was $55
Juniors police was $20
Technic 42032 was $15
Creator 31022 was $19

What hurts is that I'm broke, like really badly sadly, almost begging on the streets broke. And there was a pirate ship for $75. I have always wanted a ship.

And my store had no less than 28 Creator Cafe and Bike shops, 1000+ pieces for $64. There was three shelves on an endcap with at least 8 on each, and then 4 in the clearance aisle. Everything else was in the special clearance section.

Nice. I feel you. I really don't need to be spending more money right now. Maybe I'll stop at wal-mart tomorrow on the way home and either walk through finding no deals or deals similar to yours and stand there holding them for 30 minutes mentally fighting with myself about making a purchase.

That's exactly what I did! I went $100 for the TMNT sets, $75 for boat, $65 for Creator... And then it equaled an insane amount higher than my current rent. But I have to move in two weeks, my tooth and computer broke last week and I'm making an unlivable wage because the USA is a backwards crap hole.

So I only bought a $20 Agent drill set.

I'm keeping the receipt in case I need to return it.

My local Walmart has basically been cleaned out. There's a handful of sets left on a Clearance rack. I'm still trying to figure out if I want any of them.

I checked my Wal*Mart app and saw that 1 in the area had really reduced clearance prices, so I swooped in. All I gotta say is God blessed my trip - I found 2 31036, Toy and Grocery Shop (which was marked 'sold out' on the app), for $15!

In all, I saw:
31036 Toy and Grocery Shop $15
60035 Arctic Outpost $20
75042 Droid Gunship $20 (didn't get)
75034 Death Star Troopers $5
75048 The Phantom $12
41053 Cinderella's Dream Carriage $11
41032 First Aid Jungle Bike $5
70409 Shipwreck Defense $4

Check the Wal*Mart app for recent markdowns! Best of luck.

What day of the week do the Walmarts (like the Internets) mark down their stuff?

Walmart has no set days of the week. It's whenever they have the time & manpower to get it done.

Today's Hall from Walmart

76016: Spider-Helicopter Rescue 17$ (reg 45) --> I always thought this set was priced too high but I did want the Goblin from the set. Super happy to find it so cheap.
70232: Saber Tooth Tiger Tribe Pack 3.51$ (reg 10)
31017: Sunset Speeder 4.75$ (reg 13)

Bay Area Walmart's especially in the Tri-Valley area all suck. I mean at my store the only thing on clearance were the Bionicle figures for $11 down from $15

Found at a ghetto walmart:

70814-1: Emmet's Construct-o-Mech $10.00 (was $59.97)

Saw tags for:

60023-1: City starter set $10.00 (was:$29.97)
60068-1 Crooks’ Hideout $15.00 (was:$69.97)

nothing else left, not surprising at these prices.

Found:

Creator Furry creatures $7.00 (was 19.99)
some bionicle sets for $7.00

and a heartlake flying club for $9.00, sadly though the seals where broken and all the lego replaced with puzzle pieces.

One of my local Wal-Marts did a huge toy reset with some basic Lego sales like $11 Bionicles and some $12.97 sets dropping to $9. They also had:

70214 Chima Ice Mammoth Stomper $40
70225 Chima Tiger's Mobile Command $30

I hate Chima but contemplated the Mobile Command. Now that I've looked it up and know the price I'll try to go back, as there were three of them.

I'm not a huge fan of Chima LEGO sets either. I do own both of the sets you mentioned and really like both of them (at the discounted price). I paid $35-40 for the Stomper in the spring and $30 for the Mobile Command less than a week ago. I haven't built the Mobile Command yet (I bought it for parts but still plan to build it). I liked the Ice Mammoth Stomper so much that its still on display (I have very few sets that stay on display and aren't taken apart right away for parts). While I liked the parts in the sets you may not. http://brickset.com/sets/70145-1/Maula- ... th-Stomper and http://brickset.com/sets/70224-1/Tiger-s-Mobile-Command

My local Walmart brought out some old clearance merchandise, found some sets.

The phantom $20.00 (was $24.99)
Spider copter $35.00 (was $44.99)
Twin blade adventures $15.00 (was $19.99)

The better deals

Yellow helicopter creator 3 in 1 set $20.00 (was $29.99)
Some duplo sets from last years clearance $15.00 (was 19.99-29.99)
And...

Creator sunset speedor $7.00 (was $12.99, so like 50% off)

Picked up all five of those.

Eastern PA
Went last night and same old Lego still on clearance, really wish they would lower the TMNT Lair but its still ringing up at $74. All the new Lego sets, including Star Wars, have been stocked.
Good hunting!
