I went to 2 Targets today and saw significant movement of products in the toy section.
I mean 2-3 carts of the new 2015 Lego toys being put out.

What surprised me the most was that they had boxes that read "Target Distribution Center" and inside they had last year Lego sets. Movie, Creator, City, Techniques, Star Wars. I took out 2 and scan them in hopes to see it reduced in price, but no they were still regular price.

Not all 2014 or older sets were there but some.
I wonder if they are going to sent them back or it was just a temporary move until they sort out the new stuff?
I hope they don't take them out of the brick and mortar stores to sell them online only; without going through the clearance process.

Several of my locals have setup a dedicated clearance aisle and most of it is 30% off. Different stores had various stock. Some SW MHCs and Chima for 30% off, nothing I felt like pulling the trigger on.

Picked up the city airport fire truck for $20.98 and Museum Break in for $36.54, not fall down amazing deals, but I have wanted both sets. There is one Jabba's sail barge at 15%, only a handful of the star wars sets have dropped to 30%, vulture droid, droid gunship and a couple of micro fighters. Lego Movie Construct o mech was 15% and looks they have all been taken, Getaway Glider is 9.08.

I'm hoping they take the hint about the 15% off clearance. Tons of Lego left around here, even at 30% now. It looks like trying to do the 15% on Lego when everything else was 30%-50% has just left our local Target with a bunch of Lego while most of the other toys sold quickly at the higher discount.

Have seen most of what everyone is posting but was able to find a Jabba's Sailbarge for 50% off or $67.50. Funny thing that despite signs saying 30% or more on clearance, there were a lot of Lego sets that were marked and scanned at less.

Saw a corporate alliance tank droid on the shelf and it scanned item not found, took it to CS and sure enough $5.98.

My best score so far is Jek-14s stealth fighter for 50% off. Really wanted that and it was really overpriced so I wasn't going to go even at 30% off. Haven't seen anything else hit 50% yet. To my surprise, my local was nearly wiped out at nominal 30% off even though they had marked up everything before applying it... My favorite is a Ninjacopter that they marked up so much that even at 15% off it was above RRP! That hasn't moved. I got a legit 30% off the sail barge but I'll probably return it because again, the set is just so overpriced to begin with I'm not sure I can live with that price.

Today's haul: umbaran MHC 50% off (finally... I don't think any Target I ever visited had sold a single one... I expecte a few to possibly hang around to 70 off even)

I passed on Friends High School at 30% off...still waaaay overpriced even though its unusual for any Friends to get to clearance at all

Found a Dol Guldur Battle and was stoked but it had no clearance sticker and scanned at above RRP. I bet next week or so it will drop out of the system completely and they won't even be allowed to sell it. Grrr.
Also got a great haul of MB at 70% off. Don't judge me.

Found a Jek-14 for $20.98. There were also a slew of Z-95 Headhunters for 50% off. I did score a couple of storage brick and t-shirts for $5.70 each. I just wish they had different sizes in them besides medium. I broke down and got the big ol Rebels X-Wing (non lego) for $11.98. Now I just need a place to hang it.

Found one Ninjagocopter for $29.98 today, which was strange because my other local Targets had the same sets still at $41.98. Left behind a Ninjago Mechdragon at $44.98 because I actually got one for cheaper during a Kmart clearance.

Saw many of the new fire/ice Chima Speedorz, SW MHCs and a few city sets for 50% but I passed. Maybe I'll go back after I pay some bills.

Almost forgot, got the TMNT Big Rig Getaway for $20.98!!! 70% off, I almost soiled myself when I scanned it. It was a good day and I'm about to have an opening party.

Going to check local today, last time I went it was all only 15% off, hopefully there will have been additional markdowns.

Austin Texas, I hit four targets in Austin property today on north 183 and the shelves were pretty bare. Still quite a few 15% off sets which I didn't care about. There was a 5004076, Target 4 char gift set from Christmas. They gave them away then sold them at $15.00. I paid $10.50. Probably too much, but didn't like feeling I was leaving empty handed.

Others have mentioned target marking up, before putting on clearance. I saw Chima spinner/wheelie set with a single char, marked up to $20, then discounted to $10. Not a chance that was moving.

One can usually find the numbers with some google wizardry.

Search for the set name or number, then add "lego site:www.target.com/fiats" at the end. The google cached version of that page usually has the DCPI number on it.

Of course, this only works for sets that were available on target.com. Doesnt usually work for polybags.

Found the mech dragon for 44.98, no tag and it was still siting next to its normal tag, so I'm going to wait it out for right now... also saw the super secret police dropship but it was full price

Found a flying flusher for $14.98. Was still stickered at the 30% price ($23.98 I think), but I scanned it anyway and found the lower price.

Also scanned the super secret dropship, but still at full price (plenty on the shelf)
