At local meijer they had quite a few sets 20-25% off. Various themes. Did notice Benny's spaceship was 20% off.
Also mixels were only $2 and friends animals sets were $2.99.

Today (and yesterday) Meijer has an mperks discount on one toy. The discount is essentially Santa Bucks again, but they're not calling it that, and it's exclusive to mperks.
I picked up another Chima Fire Temple, already on sale for $75, for $60 after sale + discount ($15 off a 74.99 toy). 50% off ain't too bad!

There are other deals to be had, but the Fire Temple seemed like the best deal.

Nice deal. I got The Lonely Mountain for ~$80 last week and a bunch of those $2 mixels... thumbs up for Meijer!

It took me a few minutes to find the coupon for one toy item. Hope this helps:
Log in to Mperks, click coupons. Mine showed up under "top suggested for you"

I thought at first that there was a 50% off coupon for one toy item. Did you mean that you used one of the coupons that I provided images for on an item that was already discounted? Thanks for alerting everyone. I should leave now to try to find $2 mixels...

Darn was the $2 mixels last week?

Yes, that's the mperks coupon. I stacked the coupon on a set that was already on sale.

Is Meijer a regional store? I'm on the east coast and I never heard of it before. Do they have an online store you can order from? I only ask because I've had my eye on the Fire Temple set for a while but the full MSRP price was asking way too much.

I suppose it may be regional. Its fairly common in my area. For some reason I haven't been able to place orders online with Meijers in maybe a month. I think they have strictly in store now.

Meijer is a grocery store chain primarily in Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, and Illinois. It's sort of a midwest Walmart although we have Walmart as well. As far as ordering online, I have no idea because their website has always been confusing and frustrating and I just avoid it at all costs.

:) Its very much like Wal-Mart (groceries and other departments) ... although I prefer it hands down over Wal-Mart

I noticed about a week ago that my local Meijers had discounted some items (about 20%). Today I found that they had marked down some items even lower.

Ultra Agents Hurricane Heist #70164 reduced 50% to $35! (regular $70)
Chima Flaming Claws (Speedorz) $6.50 (reg $13)
Scorching Blades (Speedorz) $6.50 (reg $13)
Inferno Pit (Speedorz) $6.50 (reg $13)
Frozen Spikes (Speedorz) $6.50 (reg $13)
Ninjago Hover Hunter reduced to 6.00 (reg $12)
Princes Merida's Highland Games reduced 50% to 9.99 (reg 19.99)

Not 50% off they had Ultra Agents Toxikita's Meltdown reduced to $29.99 (same as a week ago)

There were many Lego Friends reduced about 20-25% off

I started to buy a Speedorz and a Ninjago Hover Hunter but instead chose 1x Princess Merida's Highland Games and 1x Ultra Agents Hurricane Heist.

For those looking for CMF series 13 they had they my local Meijer's was well stocked in the same place as usual.

I haven't found CMF series 13 in any Meijers around here - I have been looking in endcaps that are a bunch of wire baskets for small toys, is that where you've found them?

Yes. On an endcap with wire baskets. The other baskets are filled with other similar toys in the $3-$5 range. I only once found them in a case sitting on a shelf in the LEGO aisle in a random spot. This was the first time I had found series 13 there though.

I too wish they would go back to $3 but I doubt its gonna happen. I bought only 1 of each that I wanted. This way I was leaving more for others (since they have been hard to find lately) AND in the hopes that soon I will find a sale or discount of some type soon. If this happens I can then buy the few that I want multiples of. If not I'll pay full price for a few more eventually.

I had to make a stop at Meijers today. I bought the 2nd and last Ultra Agents Hurricane Heist at 50% off. It has some interesting pieces and minifigures. I also was able to find a damaged box LEGO Friends Olivia's House for 50% off ($38 plus tax). Other Friends sets were regular price (newer ones) while some were 25% off still (Heartlake High, Dolphin Cruiser and a few of the older Jungle theme friends sets). Olivia's House was the only Friends set that I saw at 50% off (I did scan several to be sure). Perfect for my niece's Bday next week

Went to meijer in Michigan and found they're taking 25% off all clearance toys today. The only Hobbit set on clearance was BoFA, so I got it for $34!

I was able to pick up Ultra Agents Toxikita's Meltdown reduced to $29.99 (25% 0ff) plus an additional 25% off that price which was about $23 :)

Also I was able to purchase 2 LEGO friends sets for my niece already 25% off with the additional 25% off. I had purchased both several days ago for 25% off. Now I just have to return the original two. It saved me an additional $10. Thank you infinityman for alerting me to the additonal 25% off
