Just went by a local TRU to look for some of the new polybags and they had a couple of sets marked as "Thursday Only" specials for $20 off each. They were corporate printed signs so I am assuming this is nationwide.
The Lego Movie Benny's Spaceship for $79.99 reg. $99.99
and Chima Cragger's Hideout for $49.99 reg $69.99 I think this one is a TRU exclusive.
Not earth shattering discounts, but if you wanted one for Chistmas then this might not be too bad. They would also qualify you for the free TMNT polybag.
There might be others, but I was in a hurry so these are the only 2 I saw.

Found the same prices at my store, but there were no signs, so I don't know what other ones might be on sale
