Thanks for that! I didn't know what they were offering for their Halloween set this year and when I stopped by yesterday, there wasn't any info that helped my find the little buggers!

While the batman polybag is indeed $2, the City polybag is actually less as its original price was $0.50 less than the batwing.

I was only able to find one Batwing at 1.99 at my local Target, but one Target in Sarasota, FL had plenty of the artic sets left, but they rang up at 2.09 a piece, which wasn't 50% off, but 40% off.

I found 2 of the City Arctic planes for $1.04 each and 2 of the Batwings for $1.14 each -70% off.
I had to look much harder this time around to find any. Plus got some other good Halloween stuff also.

Some targets in higher income areas will raise the prices slightly, I have encountered this when I am in irvine California, higher income area, higher prices (for example, polybags there are $4.69 compared to $3.99)

I found one batwing for $1.19. Very unexpected. Very cool!

When driving up in Southern PA found 20 Batwings $1.19 each and 20 City ones for $0.90 each.

Looks like its down to 90% off for non food items and 70% off for food items now. Got me a bag of kit kats for .79 cents. This is the DFW area. YMMV.

targets inventorying sucks. i called a target a half hour away that said they had 30 left, arrived at the store to find none, i tore that place apart but no dice :(
