boscov's online sale
boscovs.com is running a 20% off sale on all LEGO. A pretty good selection of sets is available, including Creator, SW, Friends/Princess, and Super Heroes. Free shipping at $49. Enter the code RTLMENOT for an additional 15% off orders of $75+, which brings the discount to a cool 68% of the MSRP.
Examples:
City and Friends Advent Calendars, $20.39
Bike Shop and Cafe, $61.19
[Edited to fix the math. Doh!]

Nice find! I just pulled the trigger on the LEGO Movie Dropship and three of the new Star Wars sets. Saved like 70+ dollars!
Re: boscov's online sale
Thanks, very good find, indeed. I took care of some early holiday and birthday shopping with Friends and Princess sets, plus a few Ultra Agents and Movie sets for myself. The 20% + 15% stack for 32% off, plus not having to pay sales tax, is a nice treat. Now if only they'd have a few more of the newer sets!
Re: boscov's online sale
Thanks for posting this, I'd never heard of this site before! Now starts the time of the year where you're not sure what deal to jump on!
Though...
I'm no math expert, I went to art school. But this doesn't add up for me... did you mean the final price paid is 68% OF the original MSRP (as opposed to "off")? That would make more sense...

Re: boscov's online sale
I hear you on that, though I would have probably gone broke. 30% off is my official "get this now" type of discount that I usually hold out for. So if there were any more of the newer sets (especially the big ones), my wallet would be hurting. Especially with me already planning out some LEGO Store / Online buys once double VIP points start in October.tremere wrote:Now if only they'd have a few more of the newer sets!

Thanks for posting this. Got the Arctic Outpost, the B-Wing, and The Council of Elrond. Price was less than buying the B-Wing and Outpost at Amazon by themselves, so effectively got the Elrond set for free.
Re: boscov's online sale
Thanks for the tip - I've always had a good experience with Boscov's. I've been on a strict LEGO diet for the past several months, but I broke it today to get several sets I know my son wants for Christmas!!

Whoops! 68% off MRSP would be fantastic. But yes, I meant the final price is 68% of the MSRP (a 32% discount). Thanks for the correcting it.vynsane wrote: Though...

We need a face-palm icon.
Re: boscov's online sale
HA, no prob. Honestly, I just wasn't sure if there was another discount step coming into play to make it 68% off
Re: boscov's online sale
Thanks for sharing. Newer sets would be nice but still got some of older sets that I just hadn't gotten around to.

Re: boscov's online sale
Is anyone seeing links for these? I don't see the Bike Shop or either calender being displayed.
EDIT: Darn, seems to be sold out. I really wanted to get those. Either way, I settled for the B-Wing and Green Goblin set and nabbed both for under $65. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks for sharing, indeed! I don't see Lego Friends on sale too often. At 32% off, this Boscov's sale is the best I've seen in recent memory for Friends sets.

Early Christmas shopping with this deal. Thanks for sharing!
Re: boscov's online sale
Thanks friend! Got the B-Wing and Scout Fighter for early gift shopping. For new sets it's a great discount!
Re: boscov's online sale

Re: boscov's online sale
Deal is over I guess. I'm not seeing the 20% off. The 15% off code still works though. Oh well.
Re: boscov's online sale
Just one day late on the deal :) Thanks for the info though!

Re: boscov's online sale
Mine showed up yesterday. Never heard of this store before, but it got $400 in sets, fast shipping, and everything packed very well. I'll definitely check their site regularly from now on. Thanks for the heads up on this!
