Target Summer Clearance 2014?

I found a Lord Business set at a nearby Target...the one closer to my house already had it's sets marked down to 50%...this one still had everything at 30%

In CT I found the Republic Gunship for $83 and the Millennium Falcon for $93. Anyone know when they're going to mark them down further?

I was a little unprepared for the sudden drop to 50% off at some of the stores. Target used to be very predictable but now it is really random. I still managed to do pretty good, but I had to go to a bunch of stores on Friday.
All at 50% off -
Star Wars Millennium Falcon $69.98 - Only one I saw at this price. I saw 2 others for around 30% off that I left but they are gone now)
Star Wars Republic Gunship $59.98, Star Wars Duel on Geonosis $19.98
Creator Aviation Adventures $29.98 x2
Castle Dragon Mountain @24.98 x2
Hero Factory Jet Rocka $17.48

I also found 1 Gorzan Gorilla Striker for $22.48 and saw quite a few more for $24.98 that I left.
I had already picked up the Lion Chi Temple at TRU for half off so was not looking for that, but there were a couple out there. I saw a bunch of these same sets, plus a few others for 30% off depending on the store.
I saw Lego Movie Castle Calvary for 30% off and I might have even bought Lord Business for 30% off, but I never found one.

I went Sunday night to the Killingly Target and they had some of the deals mentioned here. I saw the Chima Gorilla and Cragger ship 50% off. Lego Movie Castle Cavalry had a slight discount but there was a repackage with slightly more off if you're willing to gamble. I was hoping to find a Dragon Mountain-nothing. No Lord Business set either. Slim pickings but there are still some nice discounts if you're near there.

Man of Steel: Battle for Smallville 50% there were about 10 of these when I went there today
Gray Baseplates (I think there were 2 left) 10 instead of 14
Some Duplo sets were marked down too-I think they might have been Jake and Pirates stuff-not too sure.

I have not seen any good deals on SW sets the last couple of Target clearances here north of DFW. I am going to keep looking. I would love to score 50% on a gunship.

There's a Target in Culver City, CA that has almost no sales. They only have the Chima set that used to be $70 but now for $35.

From my experience, unless you managed to find the 50% off sets by Saturday morning, most will already be gone by now. At least for the Star Wars, Lego Movie, Creator & Castle sets. There may still be a few Chima sets left at 50% off, since they had so many of them. Your best bet will be to find the stores that only marked them down to 30% and hope that they somehow last a couple of weeks, and eventually drop in price again. Anyone still finding Star Wars, Castle, etc. at 50% off at this point should consider themselves very lucky.

That's just it. All the SW, LEGO Movie, and Creator sets are here. Just not discounted at all. I used to wait until they hit 70%. (Ah, the good ol' days...) Now I grab stuff at 30%, and clear them out if they hit 50%.

Pittsburgh (Ross) had mostly 30% Chimas ad a 30% Castle Dragon Monday night. I doubt these would stay around until 50%

Scored a 50% off Dragon Mountain in Lawrenceville GA. Was the last one on the shelf. Had a bunch of Chima stuff still left.

Seriously? I found 30% - 50% all the sets mentioned above across all of the stores I stopped at in Columbus on 7/4 & 7/5. I only stopped at East Broad, Saldano, Hilliard, and Mill Run. I'm not sure what stores are still yet to mark sets down?

I was in and out quickly for a couple other things this morning and noticed that my Target's previous clearances were still at 30% (Chima), but there were also some additional clearances in the City line: I didn't note them all specifically but it appeared to be fire and airport stuff along with a couple of the little cars/trucks.

The Framingham store was cleared out when I checked last night. The Northborough store was at 30% for some sets.

My local Target had put some of their City sets on Clearance. Most of the 30% off pricing just made it comparable to online prices (e.g. Amazon or Target.com).

I did manage to snag a Cargo Terminal for $70, though.

My Target had lots of the City sets for 50% off. The ones I found that were interesting to me were the Cargo Terminal for $49.99, 60003 for $19.99, 60020 for $19.99, 4437 for $8.49.

Edit: I should say that I went to three Targets today and only the last one had any City on sale. It looks like there may be some hunting to be had on this one.

The Target at Canton, MI had a bunch of Lego on clearance. Seems the Chima sets were marked down a lot 30-50 percent off. Saw the Republic Gunship marked down to 83 but I wasn't as excited about that set as I was back when it was announced. They had 30 percent off quite a few of the City sets 60004 Fire Station was 30 percent off and the cargo plane 60002

Went to the Target by my work today during lunch and picked up a Lego Cargo Terminal 60022 marked down from 99.00 to 49.00.
