$20 off $75 works for movie figures. BUT!!!!!! I found out that the movie figures are now $3.99 each at my TRU so its cheaper to buy them from Lego even with the $20 off $75.

If anyone is interested you can stack this promo on the Toysrus ebay site, so $20 comes off of every $75.

Now THESE are the sales that I've come to know from TRU! Not those REAL sales that we got before Christmas...

Can you make TRU eBay store returns to a retail location?

thanks for the heads up. They had the switching tracks which they never have in stock. Also grabbed riddler chase and an XL motor. Crossing my fingers my order doesn't get canceled again!

Prices keep changing at ToysRus. If you saw something that you wanted but didn't want to pay above retail price you may want to check to see if it has changed. I just ordered hobbit Dol Guldur Battle at retail price 69.99 minus $20 deal for 49.99. Walmart currently has it listed online for 10 below retail 59.99.

I was checking TRU's site today to see if the new Marvel sets were in stock, and I seen they have the new batman sets on the site now, but sold out unfortunately.

I really jumped on this sale:

The Dynamic Duo Funhouse Escape 6857
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Baxter Robot Rampage 79105

LOTR Pirate Ship Ambush 79008

Creator Family House 31012
Witch 40032

The Batcave 6860
Rocking Horse 40035

The Hobbit Dol Guldur Battle 79014
Turkey 40033

The Hobbit Lake-town Chase 79013
The Hobbit Mirkwood Elf Army 79012

LOTR The Council of Elrond 79006
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Lair Attack 79103

LOTR The Wizard Battle 79005
The Hobbit Dolguldur Ambush 79011
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Stealth Shell in Pursuit 79102
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Shredder's Dragon Bike 79101

All purchased over eight separate orders, so a total savings of $160. Everything was priced at retail or less except for Baxter's Rampage and the Duo Funhouse, but after the $20 discount, I still ended up paying a few dollars below retail for the two. If you have an ebates account, Toys R Us participates. The rebate is only 1%, but 1% is 1%.

Does Toys R Us run this type of sale very often? I would have loved to have picked up the Lego Movie sets, but I just didn't have the extra funds. I hope to get them during the next sale. Hopefully Toys R Us will still have them listed at msrp retail prices.

Like others have mentioned, it worked for Movie sets. I ordered them online for in-store pickup and didn't have any problems.

Picked up 2x 70813 Rescue Reinforcements for $49.99/ea. I figured since these are a TRU exclusive and priced at MSRP, that will be as cheap as they get.

Yes I believe they had this exact sale a couple weeks back, and a month back they had $25 off $100.

But this one was better, because the "Hard to Find" items weren't excluded even though it said they were. + once the some of the prices changed to mspr those items became a great deal especially for TRU.

Miss the days of Modular sales.
