USA Creator Family House & Treehouse found at TRU

Today I found the Creator Family House (31012) for $74.99 and the Creator Treehouse (31010) for $31.99 at Toys R Us in Arizona. They are having a BOGO 50% sale. Good luck with your LEGO hunting!

I saw shelf tags and empty spaces for these at a Toys r Us last weekend, but no stock... I went back this weekend hoping to find at least the treehouse given they advertised a special with it, but no luck, and the tags were even gone (replaced with older creator sets). Another TRU did not have them either. Weird.

I saw them last weekend at Toysrus in the North East. But only 1 of each.
