Chima Speedorz - $3 each good Investment?

Post by Congruence » Tue Mar 05, 2013 5:39 pm

I have an opportunity to pick up a bunch of the Speedorz, 70102 & 70103 for $3 CAD each. New in packaging, just has a line through the UPC code. Good call to pickup 10-20 and bank till Christmas then flip for $10-$15 each when they are retired?

For $3 each, it's a good investment, even if the Speedorz / Chima doesn't take off. The Minifigs alone should garner your money back. I'd do it.
I have mixed feelings about new releases: I can't wait to see and get the new sets... but I can't figure out where I'm gonna put them or store them.

I would get way more than 10. Any way to get on this deal?
