Do they ever offer free shipping during their double VIP promotions?

+1, pretty much every October they seem to have double points and free shipping. October tends to be a big month for Lego sales between what S@H does and TRUs bricktober. That's the month a lot of us tend to break down and buy that big exclusive set we've been procrastinating about.MoneyHypeMike wrote:They did back in October.The-Daryl wrote:Do they ever offer free shipping during their double VIP promotions?

Just bad luck for me... I just bought a twin pod planet and the big version of the Republic Frigate..

What's with the four leaf clover special? Is this a yearly thing or newer? Is it similar to a scratch card? And any ideas on the yoda special?
I am so intrigued and baffled by the march calendar!!!

Three months in and there has yet to be a freebie that's made me get off the sidelines. I considered the January one but Chima at $75 was too high. At that price, I think I'll need something exclusive and either Star Wars, Superheroes, Lord of the Rings, or Ninja Turtles to bite. I'm in no rush.

Guess March is the month I'll be getting the Blackgate prison so I can get double points

In years past an associate hides a lego-made shamrock in the store. When you check out you alert the cashier that you found the shamrock (while pointing it out discreetly :P) and the discount is (was) 10% off your purchase. Things could be different this year but I have noticed this item for 2-3 years now. I'm not sure about stacking with other deals as I only bought one full price set with my discount.Otiscaste wrote:What's with the four leaf clover special? Is this a yearly thing or newer? +2 I don't have any of these modulars as I am a bit late to the game but I think I may start getting them and this may be one of my first.super26 wrote:+1 can't wait.wegj wrote:Palace Cinema!!!

The Fire Brigade is a good choice too. That was my first modular and it got me hooked. Plus, its on for $119 on Amazon right now. Very good price on an amazing set. :)Cementups wrote:+2 I don't have any of these modulars as I am a bit late to the game but I think I may start getting them and this may be one of my first.super26 wrote:+1 can't wait.wegj wrote:Palace Cinema!!!

I found the thread from last year, it was $5 off a $25 purchase if you could locate the shamrock.legogod wrote:In years past an associate hides a lego-made shamrock in the store. Free shipping from March 1-15 with orders of $75+. I have a feeling they might expand the date so both double VIP and free shipping overlap.The-Daryl wrote:Do they ever offer free shipping during their double VIP promotions?

That little robot thingy pictured with Yoda, is that from a new set? Or something they just whipped up for the picture?
