S@H Item Number # 2855031?

Post by The-Daryl » Mon Jan 07, 2013 9:44 pm

Anyone have any idea what it is?

I just checked my order history this evening since an order I made last week shipped (to look at tracking)... and noticed there is an order in the history from dec. 31 (i didn't make an order that day), for item number 2855031 that had no cost, or shipping cost and was shipped Jan 4th :???:

Is that like a catalog or something? And why does it show up on order history?

It seems to somehow be related to promo items. I did a search for LEGO item number 2855031 and similar stories to yours cropped up dating back a year or so. I'd just contact customer service and ask what it's all about.

Did you order something that was supposed to come with a poster as a promo item? I've had posters shipped after the fact before (and generally don't realize it was even missing).
