I was checking on the Toysrus site and it is saying that you can order for ship-to-home or they are already sold in store. My sister-in-law was at an actual store and she didn't see it. However, much of the sets are marked up by $5-$20 off manufactured price. However, if you bring $100, there is a $25 off offer. So in the end, depending on which set you get, you probably end up with just paying for the manufactured price.

I'm mostly of the opinion that these sets are pretty terrible. But, I can see how the Kraang Lab Escape can be put to good use with the previous Alien Conquest theme (similar colors, etc.). May AQ RIP.
